The claims portal gives clients access to key documents including certificates, policies, and terms. A built-in question form allows direct communication with the claims team from within the dashboard.
The management view tracks each claim by reference number, filing date, and current status. Timestamped notes provide a clear audit trail of actions taken, from document uploads to internal reviews.
