If AAAtraq determines, at its sole discretion, that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent, AAAtraq reserves the immediate right to suspend or terminate your access to any service and to void any coverage, without prior notice. Where AAAtraq instigates cancellation due to the provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information, no refunds of any fees paid will be issued.
AAAtraq reserves the right to decline coverage or refuse to issue a proposal to any prospective or existing client, without obligation to provide a reason for such decision.
